Yeshe Phenthok Ling

Yeshe Phenthok Ling is a center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies.  It was established  by Jigme Thrinley Rinpoche whose aspiration is to fulfill the vision of His Holiness Dalai Lama for a more compassionate world through education of the heart and mind. It is open to  people of all walks of life where they can learn to foster emotional and psychological well being through the integration of mindfulness, positive psychology, and other therapeutic modalities inspired by both scientific research and Eastern contemplative traditions. It is the main European seat of Jigme Thrinley Rinpoche and a branch of the Palmo Center for Peace and Education in Eugene OR USA .

Yeshe Phenthok Ling est un centre d'études bouddhistes tibétaines.  Il a été créé par Jigme Thrinley Rinpoche, qui aspire à réaliser la vision de Sa Sainteté le Dalaï Lama, pour un monde plus compatissant grâce à l’entraînement de l’esprit et l’ouverture du cœur. Il est ouvert aux personnes de tous horizons, qui peuvent y apprendre à favoriser leur bien-être émotionnel et psychologique en intégrant la pleine conscience, la psychologie positive et d'autres modalités thérapeutiques inspirées à la fois de la recherche scientifique et des traditions contemplatives orientales.
